Placing an order means that you agree to our Terms & Conditions.

Delivery:
Most UK orders are normally dispatched the same day,if not following day depending on time of order and should arrive in 4-5 days. If paying by cheque, please allow for 7 working days for your cheque to clear. Our delivery fee for post & packing is calculated on a sliding scale depending on weight of purchase and also your geographical location.We do not back-order parts,it is in stock unless stated at the bottom of the item page. 

Security:
Duksville has a safe and secure shopping system over the Internet. All your details are encrypted in the software when your order is placed. The details are only decrypted when they reach the secure payment server. Your details are not held in clear text in storage mechanisms on any web-site. Personal details are only used to process your order and update you on offers/news from Duksville. You may e-mail us to cancel such updates.
None of your financial details are stored and for your security you will be required to re-enter them each transaction. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system.  Our aim is to safeguard and protect your details. 

Returns:
We are confident you will be delighted with your goods. If for some reason, you are not, you are welcome to return the items in the same condition as you recived it.  Please send in original packaging (where applicable) for exchange or refund. By law, you have the right to cancel the order and return the goods within 7 working days, starting the day after you receive the goods. Please always enclose proof of purchase. Return postage and packing costs will be met by the customer. We regret that they cannot be refunded.

Please obtain proof of postage from your Post Office or Courier when returning goods to us. We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us. In the unlikely event you receive faulty or damaged goods, you will be offered an immediate replacement to the same value.

Warranty Liability Limitations:
We advise customers to check on receipt of item that it is full functional to avoid dispute due to time delay, if warranty returns are required.
We cannot be held responsible for items damaged in transit unless notified immediately on receipt.
We cannot be held responsible for environmental or physical damage sustained by items if stored before installation.

Legal Statement:
Prices are subject to VAT.  Prices are correct at the time of the order. We reserve the right to change prices listed without notice.  All orders for products are subject to availability.  Duksville retains ownership of the products until full payment is made and goods dispatched. All items are exclusive of delivery and packaging.
Every care has been taken to provide accurate descriptions, however slight variations may occur within the manufacturing process, colour reproduction or technical descriptions.
Your use of this site and any purchase is governed by English Law and will be deemed to have occurred in mainland United Kingdom. Liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of goods supplied. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
